- **Energetic, responsible, and passionate** about working with teens.
- **Strong leadership and communication skills.**
- **Willingness to learn and apply experiential education frameworks.**
- **First Aid & CPR Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Valid Utah Driver's License** and ability to drive a **15-passenger van**.
- **Must be at least 18 years old** and able to pass a background check.
- **Higher education in Social Work, Psychology, Recreation, or Education** (preferred).
- **Bilingual in Spanish/English** (preferred).
- **Part-time preplanning hours in April.**
- **Full-time schedule from June through August.**
- **Must be available for three overnight excursions.**
- **Competitive pay based on experience.
