Today, we serve more than 15,000 people through our integrated programs in six St. Paul neighborhoods.
Program Summary:
In St. Paul, Neighborhood House plays a critical role in supporting families facing food insecurity. Each month, more than 900 families access the food they need at Neighborhood House. In each of our two markets, we strive to provide nutritious and culturally connected food so that families can choose the food they are excited to cook and eat! In addition to our food markets, Neighborhood House offers year-round fresh produce distributions, help screening for SNAP eligibility and application assistance, and mini food markets in four St. Paul schools where we also have Family Centers. In each of our locations, we aim to create a space that lets families know they are welcome to shop with us. In addition to our dedicated staff, we have a committed group of volunteers and social work interns who increase our capacity to assist families accessing food.
