Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Boys Varsity Soccer Head Coach to lead our competitive soccer program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire student-athletes, develop their skills, and foster a positive team environment. As the head coach, you will be responsible for planning practices, guiding game strategies, and promoting sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all players.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that enhance players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
- Lead team practices, motivate athletes, and cultivate a cohesive team culture focused on respect, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport.
- Plan and execute game strategies, analyze performance, and make real-time decisions during matches to maximize team success.
- Supervision/Coaching at all practices and games.
- Working in conjunction with Athletic Director/Dean of Student Culture to maintain academic eligibility for all scholar-athletes
- Hosting 1 team study hall per week to supplement and enforce the importance of academics.
- Serve as the primary contact for any parent interaction in regards to team affairs.
- Traveling on the team bus with athletes during away games.
- Equipment maintenance/inventory
- Team Budget management/order requests
- Uniform inventory/end of season collection
- CPR, Sports First Aid, Concussion in Sports certifications will all be required by the start of season.

- Qualified for the MIAA State Tournament for the last 4 years
- Qualified for the Charter Conference Tournament for the last 5 years
- 2 student-athletes win the Conference MVP Award in the last 5 years
- 1 North Division Conference win in the last 3 years
- 4 alumni in the last 4 years that have played/are currently playing at the Prep/College level

Stipend: $3,500.00 (excludes playoff/championship incentives)
Practices will begin on 8/24/26 and conclude on 11/3/26 (Playoff Dependent). Practice/Game schedule will be attached with this posting.
