We’re seeking a compassionate behavioral health professional to provide integrated, patient-centered care as part of our growing team.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy for individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral, or substance use concerns.
Diagnose and treat conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care.
Qualifications
Active Indiana LCSW, LMFT, or Addictions Counselor license.
Master’s degree required.
Clinical experience preferred.
