The Director of Operations is a key leader at Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley (NHCLV) responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the organization, ensuring it meets its mission, fulfills its regulatory obligations, and provides quality care to its patients. The Director does this directly in areas of responsibility and in collaboration with other senior members of leadership so that strategic imperatives of the agency are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in health, business or public service.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Five years of operational management or 10 years of medical office management experience.
- Experience with Federally Qualified Community Health Centers is desired
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hours of Operation: Between 7:30am - 8:00pm as scheduled based on patient needs. Evening and weekend hours possible.
- Other: Some off-site work will be required
- Out-of-town and overnight trips possible
