Responsibilities

- Facilitate group sessions or workshops focused on personal development, resilience, life skills and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community organizations to create a supportive network for youth.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress for each individual case while ensuring confidentiality.
- Advocate for the needs of youth within the community, promoting awareness of their challenges and rights.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents is essential.
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively address disputes or challenging behaviors among youth.
- Background in social work or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage effectively with young individuals and their families.
- Ability to mentor youth by providing guidance, support, and encouragement in their personal journeys.
