Community Portfolio Manager (Common Interest Development / HOAs)
DUTIES:
Supervise day-to-day operations:
- Manage resident relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, etc.
- Monitor community activities: hear complaints from homeowners, investigate, and resolve issues.
- Respond to letters and log calls from owners.
- Secure estimates, schedule, track, record, and implement all maintenance and repairs.
Perform routine inspections in various local communities and create communication letters to homeowners.
Work directly with the Board:
- Assist & guide the Board of Directors in establishing goals and objectives, policy enforcement, community governing, budget planning/forecasting, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Prepare agenda & board packet for monthly meeting. Attend monthly meetings.
Represents the company in a professional manner at all the times:
- Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and values.
Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week: Position to be performed remotely with periodic site visits (LA & Ventura Counties) and team meetings required.
Pay:
Starting pay for certified managers: $65,000
