This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, underwriting loans, and supporting customers throughout the loan origination process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with organizational lending policies and regulations.
- Experience with Loan Origination and familiarity with the responsibilities of Loan Officers
- Strong financial skills, including experience in Finance and Underwriting
- Excellent Customer Service skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in managing loan processes and related documentation
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in community development or nonprofit lending is a plus
