Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer located in Bronx, NY, with some work from home acceptable. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and general administrative assistance. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a hybrid environment
• Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Associate’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience required (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
