Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Nursing Manager position based in Boston, MA. The Nursing Manager will lead and manage the nursing team to ensure the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care operations, implementing clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff development, and promoting a patient-centered care environment. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Nursing Management and team leadership
