What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Revenue & Partnerships position at Neighbor to Neighbor Outreach?
Director of Revenue & Partnerships
If you've spent your career building pipelines, closing complex deals, and managing a book of relationships — and you've been wondering what it would look like to point those skills at something that actually matters — this might be the role.
Neighbor to Neighbor is a 30-year community organization in Southeast Raleigh working toward a future where poverty no longer determines a family's trajectory — through Education, Employment, and Housing
WHAT YOU OWN
Major Relationships
- Build and manage a portfolio of 50–75 active donor relationships
- Execute 15–20 meaningful donor touches per month — not mass email, genuine relationship
- Identify and close five- and six-figure gift opportunities
- Design upgrade pathways for mid-level donors to grow into major gifts
Corporate Partnerships
- Grow corporate partnerships from 40 to 80
- Turn philanthropic partners into commercial clients of Neighbor Lawn Care and Neighbor Cleaning — dual-impact deals that generate both donations and enterprise revenue
- Secure 3–5 new corporate partnerships annually
Pipeline & Systems
- Own CRM health — segmentation, touchpoint tracking, pipeline reporting
- Produce monthly 12-month pipeline forecast for leadership and board
- Oversee grant identification and coordinate grant writing strategy
THE NUMBERS
- $1M fundraising portfolio to own and grow
- $4M organizational revenue target by 2029

- History of closing significant asks on complex, high-value deals
- CRM fluency — pipeline management, segmentation, touchpoint tracking
- Comfortable operating as a solo revenue leader without a team beneath you
