Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Facilities Assistant is a hands-on support role responsible for assisting with warehouse tasks, facility upkeep, deliveries, and general day-to-day support needs. This position ensures the warehouse, office, and surrounding property remain organized, functional, and ready to support daily business operations.
This role is intentionally broad and requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Core Responsibilities:
● Receive, organize, and stage inventory
● Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers
● Load, unload, lift, and move materials weighing 5-50 lbs. Ability to push and pull 50-100 lbs.
● Support customers during pickups and order fulfillment including deliveries and local drop-offs
● Support warehouse staff, managers, and office team as needed
● Perform routine checks to ensure the facility is safe and presentable
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Comfortable with physical labor and varied tasks
● Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is necessary and nonnegotiable
● Reliable, punctual, and flexible
● Team-oriented with a positive attitude
● Basic computer skills
● Spanish speaking a plus
Work Environment & Expectations:
This is an active, hands-on role with responsibilities that may change daily based on business needs. Flexibility and willingness to assist across departments are essential. Candidates must be flexible with working hours.
