Job Summary

Nehslo Animation Studios is seeking a Partnerships Sales Representative (Faith Organization Specialist) to join our business development team. This remote, commission-only freelance role focuses on securing production-level partnerships and sponsorship commitments from Houses of Worship, ministries, and faith-based organizations that share our mission of producing meaningful, values-driven animated content. While the position is fully remote, Las Vegas–area candidates are preferred for potential in-person collaboration and local partnership opportunities.

Position Description

As a freelance business development representative, you’ll identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities that help fund and support the production of upcoming Nehslo Animation Studios projects. You’ll be engaging directly with decision-makers within churches, ministries, and aligned nonprofits to establish strategic, production-aligned partnerships that move our work forward. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in relationship-driven environments, understands the dynamics of organizational leadership within faith communities, and is comfortable presenting creative opportunities in a professional and inspiring manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven success in sales, fundraising, or partnership development roles (media, nonprofit, or church sectors preferred)
• Strong understanding of church and ministry decision-making structures
• Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline from outreach to close
• Comfort representing creative or purpose-driven projects to leadership audiences

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Existing relationships or networks within Houses of Worship or faith-based nonprofit communities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Background in sponsorship, partnerships, or donor development
• Passion for storytelling, animation, or media that inspires positive impact
• Las Vegas–area familiarity or local networks a plus
