- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across ACIM (Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, Municipal) & residential sectors
- Independently evaluate potential clients, markets, and service opportunities
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
- Initiate and lead outreach efforts to generate new revenue opportunities
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate NW service solutions
- Advance qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline and coordinate transition to sales leadership as appropriate
- Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing and pursuing business opportunities within assigned markets or territories
- 1–2 years of business development, sales, or client-facing revenue generation experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing business relationships
- Experience managing client relationships and strategic account development
- Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office equivalents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing and content tools (e.g., Canva or similar platforms)
- Experience with social media strategy and professional content development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
