This role operates independently during regular daytime shifts, with occasional overtime during emergencies, and focuses on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC repair, and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems within office buildings
- Conduct general labor tasks to support facility upkeep
- Operate independently, managing tasks without supervision
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs with overtime availability
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in maintenance roles
- Technical training in maintenance or a related field
- HVAC Certification and knowledge of HVAC basics
- Proficient in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Physical stamina to perform demanding maintenance tasks
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
