As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and storage. Responsibilities include:
- Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and bin location management.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including completing required inspections.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations.
- Participate in safety training and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required; certification or ability to become certified preferred.
- Basic computer skills with experience using warehouse, inventory, or ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to accurately review and interpret inventory information, ship documents, and computer-generated reports.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete warehouse floors.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb as required to perform job duties.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
