What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Nefab Packaging?
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform incoming inspection on all received (purchased) product
- Perform inspection on outgoing product
- Assis in finding NCR resolutions – working with management, engineering, production and the Quality Manager
- Audit and improve quality processes for the production
- Responsible for KPI reporting
- Complete customer quality documentation as required
- To ensure that company policies, procedures, and process flows are followed
- Maintains and adheres to ISO 9001 and 14001 Policies and Procedures
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
- University Degree or College Diploma in a related field or equivalent in education and/or experience
- 5 years of experience working in an Inspection or Quality related role
- Manufacturing experience (preferred) - manual processes
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interrupt drawing
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
