An experienced full-stack .NETdeveloperto build and support the program's portal(s) end to end the Angular or React front end and the .NET backend, backed by PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain portal applications end to end Angular or React front ends and .NET backend services and APIs.
Model and work with data in PostgreSQL within a .NET environment.
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access for portal users.
Integrate the portal with backend data services and other program applications.
Contribute to design, testing, code review, and ongoing support.
Required skills
Strong full-stack .NET development (C# / ASP.NETCore) with a modern front-end framework (Angular or React).
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL in a .NET environment.
Experience building portal or web-application features end to end.
Solid grasp of web security, authentication, and access control.
US work authorization; clearance eligibility per contract environment.
Preferred
AWS cloud experience, including AWS data services.
Portal frameworks, CMS, or low-code portal platforms.
Containerization and CI/CD.
