Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Good knowledge on Healthcare, Provider Network and Contracting Domains.
4 years of experience in Network and provider applications (Provider demographics, Network setup, Contract setup)
3 years of hands-on experience on Mainframes (Cobol, JCL and DB2).
4 years of experience in Provider in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
3 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
Excellent Client Interfacing skills
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
