Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Mortgage, Insurance, and Financial Services to lead multiple technology initiatives. The role requires strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project governance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects and programs.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and oversee JIRA boards, dashboards, and reporting.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and client stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and presentations.
- Ensure governance, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of IT experience with 3 years managing multiple projects/programs.
- Strong Mortgage, Insurance, or Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Preferred:
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
