Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Financials. The consultant will work closely with customer stakeholders to design, model, and deliver ERP solutions, supporting both cloud and on-premise environments. The role includes analyzing user stories, conducting deep-dive functional design sessions, and leading teams across design, build, testing, integrations, and support phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and solution delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS Financial modules (AP, FA, GL, BPM workflows, Payments, etc.)
- Analyze user stories and define end-to-end functional solutions.
- Conduct requirement workshops, CRPs, demos, and user training.
- Manage onsite-offshore delivery and oversee multiple deliverables.
- Support integrations, conversions, OTBI/BIP reporting, and EBTax/1099 requirements.
- Participate in transition and warranty support.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years IT experience with 2–3 ERP Finance implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials.
- Experience with Agile methodology and global delivery model.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles and documentation (FDDs, test cases, user guides).
- Ability to lead discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication skills; MBA Finance preferred.
