Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
· Define and own the architecture for enterprise-grade mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
· Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for mobile development.
· Evaluate frameworks, tools, and third-party integrations to recommend the best-fit solutions.
Mobile Application Development
· Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, and deploying iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) applications.
· Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability across mobile apps.
· Oversee integration with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
Technical Leadership
· Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers, fostering technical growth and excellence.
· Conduct architecture/design/code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
· Guide the adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices in mobile development.
Project Execution & Delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 12–15 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years in mobile application development.
· Strong hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, UIKit, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Jetpack libraries).
· Proven experience in leading mobile development teams and delivering large-scale mobile applications.
· Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform-specific guidelines.
