Role: Infrastructure Solution Architect – AWS Cloud
Location: Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Reston, VA, Richardson, TX, Tempe, AZ

Preferred Skill and Experience
⦁ Exposure to enterprise architecture governance, cloud migration strategy, and modernization roadmaps.
⦁ Experience operating within regulated or highly governed environments (financial services or similarly regulated sectors).
⦁ Familiarity with cost optimization (FinOps) and cloud governance frameworks.
⦁ AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) – mandatory.
⦁ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or cloud-native product architecture.
⦁ Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, EKS/ECS, VPC, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
⦁ Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
⦁ Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments, ideally financial services.
⦁ Ability to translate business and product requirements into architecture blueprints, design decisions, and implementation-ready guidance for engineering teams.
⦁ Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, DevOps, data, and security functions.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
