Duties
- - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the medical office and take payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Obtain and update patient information, including vaccination history-
- Answer patient questions and explain offered services and estimates.- - Schedule patient appointments & patient registration.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including preparing documents and correspondence
- Skills Needed
- Medical administrative support: Experience in providing administrative support in a medical setting, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals and follow up.
Medical office: Familiarity with the operations and procedures of a medical office, including knowledge of medical terminology
Spanish-speaking desired
- Office: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using office practice management and EMR software, data entry, document preparation, and communication.
Medical Assisting certificate is not required. Will train. High energy individual with good computer, communication and learning skills will excel. College degree preferred if no medical experience.
