Transportation Driver - No special license needed
Now offering a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 upon hire and $500 after 6 months of employment) to hired candidates. (Based on hours worked)
The NEEDS Center is looking for van drivers to transport people with disabilities to-and-from our Day Center Programs located in Beverly, MA and Rowley, MA
- You will be driving NEEDS Center company vans and cars.
- Schedule is 30 hrs per week
- Work hours for these positions are primarily: 7am-10am and 2pm-5pm daily.
- Positions can also be extended to full-time positions for qualified applicants, if desired, by working with individuals in our day programs during program hours.
- All you need is a regular driver's license and a good driving record.
Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities Include:
- Transporting individuals to and from NEEDS Center Day Programs in company-owned vehicles
- Assisting individuals in and out of the vehicles
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Qualifications Include:
- You must have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving history that can be confirmed
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, but not necessary)
