The NEEDS Center is hiring a Full-Time Assistant House Manager for our Danvers, MA residential program. In this role, youll support adults with developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives while also taking the next step in your own career.
This is a full-time position that includes evenings, overnights, and weekends to meet program needs. (This is not a day-shift job).

Competitive Pay $23$25 per hour plus overtime eligible! (Hourly pay based on experience and MAP certification)
What Youll Do:
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence.
- Provide hands-on, direct care support to the adult individuals in our care. These duties may include preparing meals, bathing help, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Work closely with the House Manager to oversee daily program operations.
- Train and mentor staff, serving as a role model for best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and clinical programs.
- Ensure a positive, structured, and engaging environment for residents.
- Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, overnights, and weekends to meet program needs. (These are not day-shift jobs).
What Were Looking For:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1 year of experience in a residential program setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives!
