The Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $25 /hour (commensurate with experience)
Retirement: 401(k) with company match
Time Off: Paid sick and vacation time
Resources: Company-provided vehicle for all lessons
Schedule
Weekday Evenings: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Summer hours are very flexible. Mornings available!
Requirement: Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Flexible Scheduling: We are looking to fill approximately 50 hours of instruction time per week. We offer flexible shifts ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality behind-the-wheel instruction, focusing on defensive driving and safety.
Utilize engaging teaching methods to ensure students grasp complex driving concepts.
Tailor instruction styles to meet the unique learning needs of individual students.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students progress toward their goals.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Background: Prior teaching experience (any field) or experience working with youth is highly preferred.
Regulatory: Must be able to pass a CORI background check.
Driving Record: Must possess a clean driving record spanning the last 5 years.
Certification: * For Licensed Instructors: Must hold a valid instructor license.
For Trainees: Must be willing to complete the state-mandated 65-hour training course.
