Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential plumbing systems while delivering a high level of communication and professionalism to our clients.
The ideal candidate has strong service plumbing experience, is comfortable interacting directly with homeowners, and can clearly explain issues and present solutions. In addition to service work, this role may support light construction, remodels, and plumbing installations as needed.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain problems, recommended solutions, and pricing
- Present options (good / better / best) to help customers make informed decisions
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations in a clean and professional manner
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, add notes/photos, build estimates, and close out invoices in the field
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings when required
- Assist with remodels, repipes, and plumbing system installations as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and job site
- Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure smooth job execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and positive reviews
Qualifications
- 5 years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or remodeling projects
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience presenting options and discussing pricing with customers
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred) or similar field service software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of pipe threading, hand tools, and power tools used in plumbing installations and repairs
- Experience with welding and pipe fabrication (a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting requirements
- Basic math skills for measurements, layouts, and calculations
- Carpentry or general maintenance experience is a plus for supporting remodel or installation work

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
