- Drive new business production in auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Run a proven sales process with high conversion expectations
- Hit aggressive goals and crush them—consistently
- Build a pipeline and close deals daily
- Deliver professional, confident, and high-energy client interactions

- Someone who’s not afraid of the word “sales”

- Experience closing deals (insurance preferred but not required—we train talent)
