What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Concierge position at Nectar Aesthetics?
Spa Concierge – Full-Time (Sanford Location)
Join a team where exceptional patient care, genuine connections, and a passion for aesthetics come together.
Welcome to Nectar Aesthetics!
At Nectar Aesthetics, we believe that an exceptional patient experience begins long before a treatment starts. From the moment someone walks through our doors, our goal is to make them feel welcomed, comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Spa Concierge to join our Sanford team!
This is more than a traditional front desk position. As a Spa Concierge, you'll play an important role in creating luxurious, memorable patient experiences, supporting our providers, and keeping our daily operations running smoothly. If you're passionate about aesthetics, love connecting with people, and take pride in going above and beyond, we'd love to get to know you!
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the workplace. You're naturally welcoming, attentive, and enjoy making people feel comfortable. You understand that the little details matter, whether that's remembering a patient's name, helping a teammate during a busy day, or noticing something that needs to be done without being asked. You thrive in a team environment, communicate confidently, and can balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership of your work, is eager to learn, and genuinely wants to contribute to the success of the practice.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A warm, professional, and patient-focused personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative without constant direction
- Reliability, accountability, and consistent follow-through
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and patient education
- Someone who is receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and excited to grow professionally
What You'll Be Doing
As a Spa Concierge, you'll be involved in many aspects of the patient experience and daily clinic operations. We provide training on our specific processes, treatments, and expectations to help you feel confident and successful in your role.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a luxurious and personalized patient experience from arrival to departure
- Warmly welcoming patients and creating a positive first and lasting impression
- Managing patient check-in, checkout, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Ensuring patient intake forms, medical histories, and consents are completed accurately
- Capturing high-quality before-and-after treatment photos
- Supporting providers with patient flow and day-to-day clinical needs
- Educating patients on treatments, skincare products, memberships, and available services
- Helping maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms
- Ensuring the front desk, common areas, and overall practice remain welcoming and presentable
- Assisting with daily opening and closing procedures
- Supporting administrative tasks and behind-the-scenes operations
- Following HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education
- Communicating patient concerns and operational needs to management promptly
Why You'll Love Working at Nectar
At Nectar, we strive to create an environment where our team members feel supported, appreciated, and excited about the work they do. We believe in investing in our employees, encouraging professional development, and celebrating the contributions each person brings to the practice.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced aesthetic providers, expand your knowledge of the industry, and become part of a growing practice that values both clinical excellence and genuine patient relationships.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive salary pay (W-2) based on experience
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities after 90 days
- Quarterly aesthetic treatment allowance
- Generous discounts on skincare products and treatments
