NECS® is seeking a Staff Accountant. NECS® is one of the nation's leading service providers to commercial and government fleets across North America. Due to continued growth, NECS® is seeking a qualified individual to add to our Accounting Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly and monthly customer invoices
- Process customer payments
- Reconcile general ledger billing accounts
- Assist with developing and updating billing policies and procedures
- Assist other staff accountants in a team environment
Skills/Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Organized, analytical and strong attention to detail
- Accounting or software knowledge is preferred
- Motivated self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
