iMember Service Representative Clerk

Our iMSR Clerk provides administrative support to the Member Service department through cash management for the Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
  
  
  
  • 6-months cash handling or customer service-related experience
  
  
  • Exhibits attention to detail and effective time management skills
  
  
  • Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
  
  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values 
  
  

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for cassette maintenance for ITM machines


• Place orders for ITM machines and maintain adequate supplies


• Responsible for balancing vault and all vault maintenance 


• Complete opening and closing duties


• Track and analyze ITM usage and complete various reports 

Classification: Non-exempt 

Location: Administration (Port Neches)

Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of: Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM

*Requires Rotating Closing schedule Friday: 9:15AM to 6:15PM 

**Rotating Saturdays 6:45AM to 10:15AM
