Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Job Category: Direct Service Requisition Number: BOARD004673 Posting Details Posted: December 29, 2025 Full-Time On-site LocationsShowing 1 location Pedro, OH 45659, USA Job Details Description The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will lead a team of behavior technicians and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive behavior change and improve client outcomes. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client needs. Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct service staff. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines. Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings. Ensure treatment plans adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis. Stay current on research and developments in the field of ABA and incorporate evidence-based practices.
