Due to strong growth and increasing demand for our solutions, we are looking to add several professionals to our marketing and customer outreach teams.
Roles and responsibilities
- Technical Demonstration Partnership: Work closely with product demonstration teams to design and deliver demo and pilot solutions that surpass client requirements.
- Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations while effectively engaging stakeholders and city representatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or product demonstrations
- Proven ability to deliver impactful SaaS and enterprise‑level presentations
- Deep experience with enterprise CRM systems and tailored solution configurations
- Prior exposure to municipal, state, or federal organizations preferred
- Excellent communicator with a balance of technical insight and business perspective
- Independent, proactive professional comfortable in a consultant‑style role
