Automation EngineerJob Title: Automation EngineerLocations:Dallas TX, Bay Area CAJob Type: Full TimeUnique and rare opportunity to join a new fast-paced, well-funded semiconductor startup in Dallas, TX.Learn and be part of the team that develops automated processes and systems leading the semiconductor industry in smart automation.Primary Duties and Responsibilities :Automate processes related to testing and characterizing semiconductor devices and boards.Design, develop, and improve software tools, fixtures, and PCB boards.Control communication with hardware and devices using I2C, LAN, Serial, and one-wire protocols.Develop software tools for data ETL to databases.Execute tests, collect data, perform analyses and present.Qualifications :Experience 0-3yearsMajor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Understand object-oriented concepts.Ability to write in one or more languages such as Python, C/C , .NET, LabVIEW.Familiarity with tools like GIT, GitLab, and/or JIRA.Basic electronic circuit and debugging knowledge desirable, FPGA programming is a bonus.Fundamental understanding of statistics.Local candidates to work on-site.
