What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Hi-Lo Associate - Mid Shift position at NEBRASKALAND INC?
- Responsible for preparing orders for distribution
- Cross train in a variety of other warehouse functions and will work as a team player, participating in loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and packing orders for distribution
- Preparing distribution documents
- Ensuring Quality Control
- Acquiring product knowledge
- Mastering Warehouse Management Systems
- Learning ISO standard compliance
- Investigating discrepancies
- Learning international shipping and receiving
- Training in other warehouse functions
- Following all safety procedures
Physical Effort
• Lifting and packing boxes from 100 pounds and down.
Qualifications:Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Six (6) months of experience in a warehouse.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in warehouse that includes picking and packing, loading and unloading of trucks, and use of an RF scanner/scan gun.
Employee Expectations:

• Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
• Scan Guns and other warehouse equipment
