We’re looking for an NQC Star who enjoys people, brings positive energy, and takes pride in helping others create. In this retail sales and customer service role, you’ll help guests choose supplies, cut fabric, complete purchases, and prepare online orders. If you like a day with conversation, color, teamwork, and something new to learn, you could feel right at home here.
What you’ll do
- Get to know guests and what they’re excited to create—from a first project to their next big adventure.
- Help them choose fabrics, notions, patterns, and supplies that fit their projects and budget.
- Measure and cut fabric carefully, with room for friendly conversation along the way.
- Complete purchases and pull online orders with attention to detail.
- Keep merchandise, displays, and work areas organized, inviting, and full of inspiration.
- Jump in with teammates to help guests and keep the day moving.
- Learn our products, try new skills, and celebrate progress—yours and our guests’.
- This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet for most of the day and need to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
