Full-Time Evening Closer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM–10:00 PM | Benefits Eligible
Not a morning person? Perfect. Start your day on your schedule and take pride in being the person who helps bring the day across the finish line.
As our Evening Closer, you'll help keep the center running smoothly through the end of the day, support patients and your team, and help ensure everything is organized and ready for the next morning.
This position includes:
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Evening shift differential pay

Part-Time Evening – Rotation
Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–10:00 PM | 2–3 Evenings Per Week | Not Benefits Eligible
Keep your days. Work your evenings. Find a schedule that fits your life.
This position offers a predictable two-week rotation, making it a great fit for someone balancing school, family, another job, appointments, or other daytime commitments.
Your schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Wednesday
- Week 2: Thursday–Friday
- Then the schedule repeats
You'll work just 2–3 evenings per week, while keeping your days open, and giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of daytime flexibility.
This position includes:
- Predictable two-week rotation
- 4:00 PM–10:00 PM evening shifts
- Evening shift differential pay
What You'll Do:
As a Business Office Specialist I, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our patients from start to finish.
You'll help with:
- Patient registration and check-in
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining patient records
- Phone support
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the team throughout the day
- Helping keep the center organized and running smoothly
For our evening team, you'll help support patients through the final appointments of the day and help keep everything running smoothly through closing.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office and Teams
