The Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union is looking for an energetic individual to fill a Member Service Representative position. This position provides member service in an expedient, accurate and courteous manner while answering member questions and requests.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Performs transactional duties in person and over the phone for members
- Conduct member transactions including: loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
- Provides new members with all necessary information on membership
- Ability to resolve issues and determine the best solution to meet the member’s needs.
- Provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service, and support to all members by responding to e-mail and phone messages
- Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union products.
- Sustain confidentiality of members information
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work as a critical member of a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service required
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Salary commensurate with experience. We offer benefits, which include, health insurance, retirement benefits, vacation, and sick leave, short- and long-term disability. Salary commensurate with experience.
