What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Loan Processor position at Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union?
The Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union is looking for an energetic individual to fill a Consumer Loan Processor position immediately. NEFCU provides a wide variety of exceptional financial products and services to our members.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Produce loan documents, reports, and all loan processing
- Prepares files for processing and paperwork to members
- Provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members by responding to e-mail and phone messages
- Complete, organize and close loan documentation and files promptly after loan closing
- Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union loan standards, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal government rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work as a critical member of a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service required
- Must be able to multi-task and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Processor experience a plus
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Salary commensurate with experience.
