The NCS HOPE Foundation is currently seeking a full time Program Coordinator to provide program and office support for all programs administered by NCS HOPE Foundation.

With a mission to improve the lives of cancer patients, their families, and the community, NCS HOPE Foundation envisions a community where every cancer patient gets the services they need to thrive. We accomplish this critical task by providing supporting services and resources to local oncology and hematology patients, families and caregivers.
What You’ll Do:
- Process patient applications and determine assistance;
- Manage the office to include answering calls, greeting visitors, use of equipment and software, and maintain patient and program expense transactions
- Maintain patient and donor correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and communicate with program partners, board members and the community
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program information and patient assistance
- Act as coordinator and liaison for patients needing resources within the community.
What’s In It for you?
- $40,000 - $50,000 annual salary range. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Three years’ nonprofit, program or office management experience preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational, planning and time-management skills
- Team-player with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, credibility and use professional discretion
- Ability to represent the Foundation, its events and programs in a positive, professional manner
- A passionate commitment to the mission and community.
- Must possess a valid State Driver’s License and an operable vehicle.
