Nebo Hill Sanctuary | Overland Park, KS
Nebo Hill Sanctuary is seeking a clinically licensed therapist (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD) to join our growing, neurodiversity-affirming practice in partnership with Kansas City Developmental Therapies (KC:DT).
We provide connection-based, developmentally focused therapy for neurodiverse children and families, grounded in relationship, felt safety, and collaboration. This role offers the flexibility to work in both a traditional mental health office and sensory gyms and specialized therapy spaces to meet individual client needs.
Location
KC:DT Ranch Mart Facility – Overland Park, KS (shared location with Nebo Hill Sanctuary)
Position Type
- Independent Contractor (1099) position
- Full Time and Part Time options available
- Expected to maintain an average caseload of approximately ranging between 15–30 clients per week (depending on preference of part time or full time)
- Therapists retain clinical autonomy and flexibility while receiving robust administrative, billing, and marketing support
Qualifications
- Clinically licensed in Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW, PsyD or PhD) – required
- Additionally licensed in Missouri - preferred
- Experience or strong interest in working with neurodiverse individuals and families
- Collaborative, relationship-focused clinical approach
Compensation & Practice Support
- 70/30 split for fully licensed therapists (insurance and/or self-pay rates)
- Credentialing provided with BCBS Kansas City and Aetna
- Professional website listing and therapist bio on Nebo Hill Sanctuary’s website
- Marketing and referral support, including consistent referrals through KC:DT
- Billing, claims submission, and payment processing managed for you
- Full access to EHR, scheduling, documentation, and telehealth systems
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with mental health therapists, OTs, SLPs, and PTs
- Ability to tailor sessions to client's sensory and developmental needs
