We're a FedEx Ground contractor serving the greater Indianapolis area. Our team is built on reliability, and we take care of the people who show up and deliver. New drivers go through paid training from day one, and this role can grow into a permanent position.

The Job
You'll run a delivery route covering residential and business stops using a company-provided box truck. Expect 60 miles of driving per day with multiple stops throughout your route. The work is physical — you'll be loading, unloading, and moving packages all day, in and out of the truck. If you thrive working independently and take pride in getting it right, this role is a fit.
No CDL required. No prior experience required — we will train you.

Training pay $20/hour (10 days paid training)

Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of delivery vehicle
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused — professional and courteous at every stop
- Prior delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required
