We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment, including but not limited to stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers and hedge trimmers.
- Perform string trimming, edging, and blowing of sidewalks, driveways, and other paved surfaces.
- Trim and maintain shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
- Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted vegetation from landscaped areas.
- Perform general landscape cleanup and property maintenance.
- Properly maintain, clean, and care for company equipment.
- Follow established routes and complete assigned properties efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to customers.
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure each property meets company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience is preferred
- Valid drivers license with no moving violations within 3 years from application
- Be able and willing to submit to random drug testing (for other than marijuana)
- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is a plus.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat and changing weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting equipment or materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Dade City/San Antonio area

- Weekly schedule Mid April-Mid October. Bi-Weekly remaining months with small landscape projects during off season as needed.
