This is a part-time, on-site role for an Organizer based in Morristown, NJ. The Organizer will be responsible for decluttering, organizing, and styling clients' spaces to align with NEAT Method's standards. Day-to-day tasks include sorting and categorizing items, creating functional storage solutions, and maintaining a refined aesthetic. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

• Strong organizational, spatial planning, and decluttering skills
• An eye for detail, refined styling abilities, and creativity in optimizing space
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Time management and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Experience in organizing, interior styling, or related fields is a plus
• Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange items as part of the organizing process
• Willingness to work on-site in clients' homes located in Morristown, NJ
