Neat Freaks is a rapidly growing, locally owned residential cleaning company seeking reliable, long-term team members. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, structure, and taking pride in their work.
This is not gig or temporary work.
Responsibilities
- Residential home cleaning (routine & deep cleans)
- Move in/out cleaning
- Post renovation cleaning
- Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping ect
- Following company checklists and procedures
- Traveling between client homes during the workday using your own reliable vehicle
- Communicating through our scheduling system
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance
- Comfortable traveling between multiple homes per day
- Smartphone for scheduling & communication
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Available weekdays between 9am–5pm
- Able to pass a background check
- Cleaning Experience Required
Paid training provided. Cleaning experience is required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
