House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.

For the most part job duties are routine cleaning of residential houses on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. The hours for our residential cleanings are 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday and janitorial services taking place in the hours before and after that. Does NOT need to be full time. Must be reliable with hours scheduled based upon your availability given.

***Must have reliable vehicle and be willing to transport cleaners needed for day to day tasks.****

There will be traveling to 2-4 locations per day throughout the greater mankato area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are complete.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Strong background in housekeeping management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to schedules.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
