Job Description:

Duties:
- Operate shearing and bending machines to cut and shape reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes
- Operate overhead crane to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped
- Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
- General welding experience (MIG only) to weld and reinforce rebar
- Understand and apply basic mathematical skills with knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
- Ability to work in a standard manufacturing environment while wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
