Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installations
- Understand and address customer’s urgent HVAC and/or plumbing needs
- Process installation and service job requests
- Renew maintenance agreements with customers
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism over the phone
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Participate in required training for ongoing professional growth
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Enjoy working in a positive and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong listening and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and Service Titan is a plus
