Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive financial performance, including sales and EBITDA, and monitor operational KPIs to achieve business goals.
- Develop, execute, and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term operational plans.
- Implement change management strategies to enhance workflows and branch performance.
- Maintain knowledge of market competitors and industry trends, sharing best practices across NearU.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports; analyze trends and identify potential issues.
- Take immediate corrective action based on financial insights to achieve branch objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing staff; identify future leaders.
- Build a unified, accountable team and foster a culture of high performance.
- Uphold a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and respect, demonstrating NearU’s values and mission daily.
- Partner with marketing, accounting, human resources, and other branch teams to align operational objectives.
- Support other NearU markets as needed.
